The purpose of locally developed, coordinated public transit-human services transportation plans (coordinated plans) is to identify community resources for transportation and mobility, understand the gaps and unmet needs within those resources, and to determine the approach to addressing those gaps and unmet needs.

Paulding County Commissioners and Maumee Valley Planning Organization Mobility Management Program have signed a MOU to begin the coordinated planning process.

The Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams County Commissioners have approved the Coordinated Plan.  The plan has been sent to the Ohio Department of Transportation for final approval.
